Jacob Dinardo - Owner/Head Roaster
A life-long coffee drinker, Jacob is the founder and owner/operator of Arrowroot. His first memory of coffee is helping his grandma make coffee on Sunday mornings. Since then, Jacob has dived head first into the world of specialty coffee. He spends his time trying different brew methods, researching facts about different coffee origins and processing methods, and being a general coffee nerd. Outside of work Jacob enjoys making music with his friends and spending time outdoors with his family.
Abel - Coffee Taster/Custodial Staff
Abel joined the Arrowroot team in the fall of 2019 when we noticed his knack for finding dropped coffee beans around the house. While we're not sure about his first memory of coffee, we know he loves those delicious beans just as much as the rest of us. He enjoys naps in the sun, walks at Washington park, and following Jacob around everywhere.
